Seeing from monitor city, super more than one half the comprehensive land price wreath ratio of city increase to soon slow down, rise over 5.0% cities from ascend quarterly degree of 18 reduce to 6;60% monitors a land price wreath ratio in living of city to increase to soon have to drop, over 5.0% cities is reduced to 9 by 23.
Real estate speculation not reasonableness expect to weaken
The quarterly degree city lives to use a land price space a rise to drop in 2011, the short-term policy effect presents, this is the macroscopic economy, market expectation and inflation factor and adjust to control policy etc. to synthesize the result of function, can be treated as a good starting point, but still can not say being "half the battle".
The Chinese land surveys the analysis report of programing the hospital to think, at"25" good open a bureau and change a function of effect under, the quarterly degree national economy continues steady develop a situation a little bit quickly, the urbanization, industrialization progress keeps on acceleration, the mobility factors, such as excess and inflation pressure...etc. continuously hurtles a high land need. But under the dual influence that lately adjusts to control measure and Chinese New Year holidays, strength for recall for liquidity enlargement, prop up a real estate speculation to stir-fry to make not reasonableness to expect to weaken, the real estate market appears to hesitate atmosphere, the land price rise slightly has been already dropped.
Chinese land surveys the programming hospital land price to say Zhao Song of bureau chief, this year, for enhance implementation real estate market to adjust to control of various policies, office in State Department again descends hair concerning work well a real estate market to adjust to control the work notice concerning problem further, adjust to control policy high pressure from tight, public finance, finance and land policy intensive set.
