Chitin. Chitin is in 1811 by the French scholar Braque Horno ( Braconno ) found in 1823, by the European Gil ( ) ( Dier ) extracted from crustaceans, named CHITIN, the chitin. Appearance and properties : light yellow to white, soluble in concentrated hydrochloric acid phosphoric acid / sulfuric acid / acetic acid, insoluble in alkaline and other organic solvents, mother's day also do not dissolve in water.
Chitosan derivatives ( Chitosan derivatives ) is soluble in water. Chitin has inhibit cancer, tumor cell metastasis, enhance human immunity and protecting the liver detoxification. Especially for diabetes, hypertension, obesity, liver and kidney disease, is conducive to the prevention of cancer lesions and adjuvant chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of neoplastic diseases.
Chitin ( Chitin ) concept
Chitin exists in the nature of the lower plant fungi, algae cell, crustacean shrimp, crab shell, insects, plant cell wall, is from the crab, shrimp shell in the application of genetic engineering to extract animal polymeric cellulose, by the scientific community for the reputation of the" sixth elements of life"! It was in Europe and the United States government identified as functional immune substances. The fungus, Cordyceps plants also contain traces of" chitosan" content, but only in 2%-7%.
Chitin
Chitin is the only positively charged positive food fiber, the earth 's natural organic compounds, the amount is the largest is cellulose, followed by chitin, estimate the nature the biosynthesis of chitin nearly 100 tons per year. Chitin is the largest number of organic compounds containing nitrogen, followed by the protein only this at 2 o'clock,Jia Ke su it illustrates the importance of chitin. Shells contain 40% protein, 30% calcium, 30% chitin.
Extraction of chitin ( chitin ) process is: first with dilute sodium hydroxide solution to remove protein, and then, using hydrochloric acid to remove calcium salt, the rest is chitin. In order to remove acetyl chitin from these, with long time high temperature, so that the concentration of sodium hydroxide reaction, can be made of chitin containing amino groups.
Because chitin is not soluble in acid, is insoluble in water, it is difficult to be used by the body. By deacetylation of chitosan after it into soluble in dilute acids and fluids, can be utilized by the body.
Chitin of generalization

As everyone knows, Chinese traditional cooking fried, fried, fried to give priority to, kitchen oil smoke, so Chinese traditional kitchen closed mainly. Compared to foreign oil smoke less cooking habits, make them with lower performance in kitchen appliances can also solve the problem of kitchen oil smoke and cooking fire. Since the past twenty or thirty years, the Chinese kitchen electricity industry in order to adapt to the Chinese consumer cooking habits, whether gas cooking firepower or range hood exhaust capacity, are technically reached the international leading level. Even so, after changing traditional Xiyou machines by the oil smoke suction principle limits, still can not fundamentally solve the Chinese kitchen fume emission and pollution problems.
Fume has been the big kitchen, the kitchen facilities is difficult to be solved thoroughly, integrated environmental stove has brought a new generation kitchen revolution, whether this new product will bring what kind of change, and other similar products which advantage to have?
Integrated environmental stove is the lampblack machine, gas stove, disinfection cabinets, storage cabinets four functions as one of the new products.
First : the product uses the unique side suction type fume exhaust mode, the original three three-dimensional wind suction, using air fluid theory, the fume elimination in infancy, in addition to soot absorption rate of 99.9%.
Second: the range surface adopts the integral tensile stainless steel, integrated, seamless welding. Panel, front panel one stretch forming, eliminate health corner, convenient cleaning, noble and elegant. Beautiful shape and cabinets with more harmonious, convenient cleaning, avoid certain brands of deep concave sinking, difficult cleaning, cooking utensils and cooking style of many limitations of malpractice.
Third: high efficiency energy saving and energy saving: integrated environmental stove heat flow and thermal efficiency of traditional cooking and not, spend the same money can do double work.
Fourth: safety aspects: integrated environmental stove with electric leakage, leakage protection device, in addition and other similar products using the lower smoking compare our products with side of smoking to ensure that the suction port and the fire safety distance, avoiding the occurrence of fire may
Fifth: the decoration is more convenient, no smoke, heat distress, the decoration of the selectivity of greater. Open type kitchen you can be arranged.
Now the fashion kitchen decoration to use more open design, but the production of the process would have a larger range, open kitchen, air flow range, lampblack machine cannot very good convergent and exhaust fume, which resulted in the dining room and the living room of the cooking fume pollution.
According to the basis of understanding, now consumers in the choice of kitchen utensils and appliances, in addition to the product quality and price single concern, on product design consistency of style and a full set of service integrity is the pursuit of one goal. After nearly ten years of rapid development, the integrated stove has gradually been astute consumer awareness, acceptance and love. The system of professional match, to achieve the overall kitchen space configuration, design and construction decoration, as the consumer's home to achieve functional and artistic unity, is that many consumers need. Fume harm to people already present chime, eliminate smoke brook no delay.
